Unfortunately, my ticket for a complaint has not yet been answered by Click&Boat. Although the offer included a motor for the dinghy, we had to pay an extra €120. Although we could take over the boat from 2 p.m., we had to pay €200 for an earlier takeover. Although we took out insurance with you for the reduced excess, we had to pay a deposit of €3000. Please contact us urgently for clarification.
