Not very warm or welcoming. I had asked for a paddle and "it wasn't included" even though I had asked for it. And the excuse after was "we don't have one". This site is also very poorly done, the reservation was canceled by the boat owner and I had to rebook. I lost cancellation fees even though I wasn't the one who canceled. I do not recommend switching to this app, the prices are not transparent and you lose fees if you cancel even though you didn't request anything.
Misleading ad, I don't recommend it! - Boat parked in Port Corbière and not in L'Estaque (or Pointe Rouge) as indicated in the ad. - Meeting point confirmed 30 minutes before the start of the rental despite several reminders to organize in advance. - No answer on the phone upon arriving at the meeting point, 20 minutes of waiting before someone gave us a boat (Quicksilver 505 Open as in the ad, but with a different registration), the same for the return. - Departure with an empty tank (requires an accurate estimate of the day's fuel consumption to return the boat empty and not waste money on gas...). - Steering problem (completely bent propeller, the boat goes to the right or left, which makes maneuvering complicated and navigating very unpleasant to keep on course). - Broken speedometer, no VHF or depth sounder. - Cover attachment torn off, had to be held for the entire trip. - No attachment. for the ladder at the back of the boat - No masks and snorkels as indicated in the ad (clearly written by AI or copied and pasted from another ad) - Dirty boat - Bad faith from the charter company upon return: "All this is normal, it's normal for a boat not to sail straight"... Overall, we still managed to have a good time despite all these problems, but the boat is truly a wreck. I find it dishonest to rent it at this price given its condition...
