As soon as we arrived, a boy named Roger helped us. The truth is that from minute 1 we lost the desire to go out sailing. He made us constantly afraid, even though we told him that we were not very experts. He constantly repeated to us that if something happened to the boat, we would have to We had to pay €30,000 and everything we did would cost us a fine since the insurance did not cover practically anything. He repeated all of this several times, saying amounts of money for everything. It seemed like he was going to charge us even for breathing. Furthermore, his manners were inappropriate at all times, he treated us as if we were starving people who had not paid to get on the boat. When we left a deposit of €500 and €252 for the rental, it seemed like he was giving it to us or that we were going to destroy the boat. When all we wanted was to spend a quiet day on the high seas. He also told us that he would give us a higher engine because the sea was rough, which was not true, so the truth is, the experience was quite uncomfortable, we could not be calm and enjoy the day as it deserved. Finally, a guy named Josep said goodbye to us who was much kinder and tried to fix his colleague's mess, but the day was already given to us, so I wouldn't leave my money to these people again.

We booked this boat through the Click&Boat app with insurance. When we got on the boat, one of the solarium panels broke while we were lying down (a place made for lying down and walking around) and they charged us €150 without sending an invoice or anything, trying to make us not notice and from an account that had nothing to do with the reservation. When we wrote, no one answered and if they did answer, no one took responsibility. And after many calls, they told us it was the insurance thing, but that Click&Boat was not responsible for the insurance even though they provide the service. The insurance company has not answered or responded for 2 months after 5 emails. Be careful when you go out with insurance and inspect the entire boat because this board was in bad condition and they charge you without an invoice or anything to try to scam you.

They were very kind with the service, however the ship's pillows all fell apart so that the membrane that covered them disintegrated and all of it stuck to the skin. We had to be very careful so that the remains of the pillows did not end up in the sea. In these conditions it should not be rented.

We had a great day with the family aboard a boat without a license from the company. The safety instructions as well as the navigation routes, explained by Simó and Raül were very useful. The Mesdes Islands are a wonderful place to admire the fish independently.

We went to the port of l'Estartit to the Costa Brava Boats post. After receiving instructions from the Costa Brava boats staff, about safety, tips, how to drive and navigate the boat, etc...we decided to start. We left the port and nothing, 4 waves, and a piece of wood broke on which they told us we could sit to balance the boat. When we finish the day, we return the boat and they tell us that the insurance will surely cover it. Well no! .Deposit blocked, and after a few days they charge me €190!!! Very expensive!!
