We had a great Trip down the coast of la Spezia! Fabrizio was very nice and the boat was clean and comfy
If we could rate 0 stars for welcome and communication, we would. After booking confirmation we called the owner for deposit and location information etc. We didn’t receive information on the phone, so he told us he would send us an e-mail, hours later and even the same morning we didn’t receive anything. Location on the advertisement doesn’t exist on Google maps. After driving around for over an hour we tried to reach about that we arrived. We called and texted 37 times without respons. After walking around for 40min in the harbour, no one came to look for us. We didn’t receive any restructions on where we Needed to be. Our food turned bad from the heating sun and when we finally got on the boat there was no cooling box even though this was advertised. My phone died from trying to contact the owner and on the boat there was nu usb for charging our phones meanwhile this was also advertised online. Would not recommend. False advertising. Stressfull experience. Worst morning of our vacation. We also did not find contact information to reach out to the customer service.
great host and the full day was set out with a gps phone app which makes it easy to see all the sites. would book again for sure
All communication with Fabrizio was good and the boat was fine. Unfortunately the weather was not as reliable and so it limited our trip to within the bay of La Spezia. The outing was lovely though, although very short. It surprised me how much fuel this short trip cost (€60), and I suspect the fuel tank was not full when I received the boat. But overall a nice day and boat appeared in good condition.
Was a really good experience and the communication very easy. Pricewise simply good. You even get a coolbox to keep the drinks cold. Shame that the music was not working if i would have to say something. Would deff. Recommend the experience seeing 5terre from the water with this boat.

Very good communication with Fabrizio via Whatsapp, great advice on how to drive the boat and use the GPS app/route. Boat was in very good condition, easy to drive, comfortable to be on during the whole day.
Boat was as stated, and Fabrizio was great at communicating. All was good but just FYI if you drive the recommended route petrol ends up being approx €70

Beautiful day on a boat to the 5 Terre. The boat was equipped with all comforts, clean and very well maintained. The only thing missing was the stereo as the icing on the cake. Fabrizio was very understanding and available to our requests. Furthermore, despite a small inconvenience that occurred at sea towards the end of the day, he managed to resolve it by also behaving like a true gentleman. Recommended, we will definitely be back

The rental went smoothly, all questions were answered promptly and the day before the rental we received all the details of the meeting point. The handover was punctual, reliable and quick. The boat was clean and well maintained. The only drawback was that the steering wheel fell off due to wear and tear at sea. A call to Fabrizio and within an hour he came by with a new steering wheel, fitted it and we were able to continue enjoying our day. All in all, good service.
