Overall, not the best. Positive aspects: - Brand new boat, very clean and well-maintained - Boat equipped with a Bluetooth-enabled sound system - Very helpful and friendly owners ********************Owner's Response******************** Dear Nico, We're glad you enjoyed the boat and our availability. We just want to point out that the Cinque Terre supplement is clearly indicated in the listing and that, at the time of rental, you signed two specific contracts. Furthermore, you were the first customer to benefit from a discount (from €80–100 to €60), and we also included the snorkelling kits free of charge. The fee required by the Park Authority for authorization to access the Cinque Terre is much higher than the supplement applied to the individual rental. Regarding the steering wheel/helm, what you describe is a very common phenomenon in boats with outboard motors: it's called torque steer. This happens because the propeller, as it turns, generates asymmetrical thrust that tends to make the engine (and therefore the rudder) rotate to one side, usually to the right. The boat is safe and regularly inspected. Best regards, The Bondibay team Negative aspects: - The steering wheel pulled terribly to the right; I didn't find it safe, and if left at low speed for even a few moments, it actually caused the boat to spin. - An additional payment of €60 to visit the Cinque Terre waters, which, in addition to seeming like an excessive surcharge that I was informed of AFTER the payment on the app, was not supported by any receipt (not even written in the contract).
An unforgettable experience in Cinque Terre We chartered a boat to explore the Cinque Terre coast, and it was, without a doubt, one of the most special moments of the trip. The process was simple and well-organized, and we felt well taken care of from the very beginning. We especially want to give special thanks to Diego, who handled check-in. He was kind, professional, and explained everything clearly, making sure we were comfortable and safe before setting sail. His attention to detail and friendliness made all the difference. The boat was in perfect condition, and sailing between the coastal villages was a magical experience.
