We had early check in which Hermes Crew managed well. The yacht was clean with great inventory. We had an issue with the furling mainsail winch that Vaggelis handled very well. And showed a great level of support. The headsail(Genoa) looked had to be repaired in several places. should be replaced. We would definitely charter again with Hermès.
