This 45-foot Lagoon, refitted in 2023/2024, boasts a high level of comfort: dishwasher, washing machine, bean-to-cup coffee machine, microwave, stovetop, three-burner gas stove and oven, and Magma outdoor barbecue. Ideal for 6/8 people, it boasts four double cabins, each with their own private bathroom and electric toilet. And forward, in the forepeaks, there are two single cabins just for sleeping. A 3.80 m tender with a 20 horsepower Honda engine, new sails, a battery bank, a 100 liter/h watermaker, and a 7 kW generator make the boat completely self-sufficient. The flybridge, with its rigid roof, allows for sailing, protecting it from the spray of rain and sun, and can accommodate up to eight people sailing alongside the skipper.
