Professional and friendly welcome, Serge and his wife maintain their boat perfectly well.

We rented the boat for three days in light airs, so no specific feedback on seaworthiness. In light airs, the boat behaves well, a little rough. The rigging without a mainsheet is (for old school me) confusing. There is no way to flatten the hollow of the main sail, this must be complicated upwind in a strong wind. On the other hand, the 'automatic' reefing seems to me a good idea. In the same register the jib clew does not move back (in my opinion) enough as a result the jib remains very hollow even upwind. It is a jib, not a genoa (which would undoubtedly have helped us) which is mounted on the furler. It's a comfortable easy boat, perfect for cabotage with family or friends, but if you're looking for finer adjustments, it's not made for it. On another note, the boat is like new, almost ten years old and yet impeccable. Sufficiently equipped, nothing is really missing for port-to-port cabotage use. Serge and his wife are welcoming. I lowered the quality-price rating because I find that the billing for diesel seems a little expensive to me. Such a boat consumes roughly between 1.5 and 2.5 liters per hour but not for port maneuvers including entrances and exits where the engine runs slower than 6 knots in the open sea. Charge a full rate for the boat time is not very accurate. For our part, pay €68 for around ten hours, even if I understand that there is also maintenance, the bill is still very steep.

Very nice sailing from the sands of Olonnes on OCEANIS 35. The boat is in perfect condition and very well equipped. Very warm and professional welcome from the owners (Serge and his wife). The handling of the boat is quick and the boat responds beautifully upwind when the sails are well trimmed. We will definitely rent with Serge next time. A little extra: the port of Saint Martin de Ré 25 MN away is authentic and full of charm. (Pay attention to the lock times for entering the port at high tide)

Perfect rental, very well maintained, modern and spacious sailboat, perfect for a week for 6 in port and anchorage between Oleron and the island of Yeu.

I recommend without hesitation. The Oceanis 35 is a comfortable and stable boat, at the expense of pure performance. It needs more than 10 knots of wind to advance at 6 knots. It goes up not too badly in the wind, nothing more. Admittedly, the 3 cabins are not very spacious, and the saloon is insufficient for 6. But the rest of the boat is remarkable and very well maintained. In particular, the cockpit is well placed and well sized. Possible point of progress: make a small book with instructions or explanations for the use of certain instruments. For example: Where to connect the vacuum cleaner, or instructions for GPS and VHF. Also, visibility through the transparent plastic at the front of the deckhouse is not great. It is sometimes awkward for maneuvers in a port. Thanks to Serge for the quality of his welcome and his advice. My next sailboat rental in the area will be with him.

A great nautical experience on Latitude 5. Confidence and overall quality both in the equipment and the owners who allow you to leave serenely, especially from Friday evening for 7 hours of night sailing after 1 hour of handling. To highlight, 1.9m draft, sails already being changed, coffee maker/thermos on board and cushion with pillowcases. We will come back after these 95 MN in 48 hours. THANKS

I was renting for the first time from an individual and I was delighted with the experience. Serge and his wife welcomed us with great kindness and availability. The boat was in an impressive state of cleanliness. Serge brilliantly handled the technical hotline when we had some battery problems, even a rental company wouldn't have done so well. 2 points to note: - I did not pay attention that the annex was optional, it was not lacking for our WE but @ Click&Boat the options must be more visible when booking - the saloon of the boat is not really practical when there are 6 people on board, luckily the weather was fine to enjoy the cockpit Caroline
