The boat was new and in line with my expectations, however the experience with Click&Boat was absolutely negative. The Broker, after receiving the money for the reservation and leaving me a German contact (who no longer works for the agency) disappeared, leaving us waiting until two days before departure when I was finally contacted by the agency at the port. The service on board that the Broker had promised us was absolutely not up to the price paid. Totally absent communication, service to be reviewed, non-existent customer service.
