The Coll de Dama sailboat is a sailboat 12 ml in length by 4.00 in beam, it is designed for eight people, it has three double cabins and the living room can be converted into the fourth. On the boat you can find everything you need to cook, it has a kitchen, an oven (they run on gas) and all the extras you need for it. One of the special features of the boat is its bathtub which has a design made for that the eight crew members can sit at the table comfortably without being crowded. It also has a double steering wheel to facilitate both navigation and maneuvers and the mobility of the crew, avoiding inconvenience to the skipper. The boat has its home port in S´Estanyol, a small fishing port located in the south of Mallorca, close (15 minutes) from what many say is the best Mediterranean beach, ES TRENC. Also from the port itself it is ideal since it is the closest, to visit the natural park and marine reserve of the island of Cabrera, do not hesitate to visit it. Also from the base port you can visit different coastal towns, such as Colonia de Sant Jordi or Ses Covetes to enjoy many good restaurants. By the way, this sailboat is mainly rented for weeks from Saturday to Friday including Friday night as special cases. While the owner was very welcoming, the boat unfortunately did not meet our expectations due to a lack of maintenance and for the many issues we encountered. We experienced issues with a leaking WC pump, leaking black water tank, missing boat key and check-in list, damaged mainsail, ripped ropes, and leaking window seals during rain. It's a shame as the boat has potential, but it's definitely not well-maintained and not worth the price paid.
Great yacht and everything worked out great. Jose is a private owner and very friendly and helpful. Only I couldn't reach him by email for about a month during the last months before our trip which made me worry a little. Lastly, acceptance of credit card payment for the deposit would also be a helpful improvement to improve peace of mind. Thanks for a beautiful trip!

I was very happy with the service from Ramon and the yacht itself. I found her comfortable and easy to handle. The sails were in good condition and we enjoyed some easy sailing, with all the ropes and rigging in good order. Worth noting that the home marina has plenty of parking outside and a very good restaurant in the yacht club. Cabrera island was great and the port of Sant Jordi was our favourite with a great anchorage with access to beach and the beautiful port area. We would love to return. Mark

José is a very courteous and friendly man and helped us with all our questions at all times. The boat is great and has everything you need. Everything works, and we felt very safe even in stormy seas. Top-notch landlord!!!
Jose handed the boat over to us in perfect condition, except for one seacock that was a bit stiff. But even here, he was always available during our trip and even offered to come to one of our locations to fix it. All in all, the boat is in excellent condition considering its age of 19 years. We would rent it again anytime.

We were sailing on Coll de Dama with a total of 6 people for 7 days. The boat is in good condition and has everything you need on board for the waters around Mallorca. Jose Ramon is a very courteous and friendly person who explained everything to us in detail and was always open to questions. Overall we were all very satisfied. The boat was a great base for a great sailing holiday.
Little professionalism, he gave us the boat with damage and it was not in conditions, being aware of the damage without communicating it to us. Starter key, broken level Gasoil/water/battery, water, fridge, no anchor light and a long etc... It's a shame, because it's a great ship, and you spoil a nice vacation.

The boat is in perfect condition. We were 4 couples and we did not miss anything. The pattern is lovely.
