Hello, Welcome aboard this sailboat from the 80s. Renowned in its time, it is still comfortable, seaworthy and safe. It's a very pleasant boat to steer, a former regatta boat that goes straight despite the cross swells that can be encountered in the area. We chose this boat for all the reasons above, with the aim of organizing a family trip in the years to come. Its rigging: All the guying is new from 2022. the running rigging (rope) has been 90% replaced. The slatted mainsail and the furling genoa are old but were revised in 2022. The Solent and its deck bag are new (2022) A releasable textile stay has been installed. All maneuvers return to the cockpit piano with the exception of the reefs and the main halyard. Its Comfort: It has 3 double cabins - kitchen area, a bathroom (spartan). Cruising: Plenty of sunshine allows you to get in the shade to enjoy an anchorage or motor transport if the weather sets in. Gas fire and oven on gimbal is new with kettle, French press coffee maker, frying pans, saucepans & everything needed for cooking. No black water tank, for the moment. Security: Regulatory coastal equipment supplemented with a portable VHF. 5 self-inflating life jackets with two-point lanyard plus classic life jackets including 2 children (-15kg; 20-30kg). Various and varied tools; Foldable cockpit table for aperitifs outdoors and under the stars. Canoe kayak and 2-seater inflatable paddle serving as an annex with oars and inflator. This boat is ideal for 5/6 people. Knowing the region well, we will be delighted to advise you on your outings on the coast around Marseille (blue coast, coves). However, you will find on board all the maps of the coastal area from Fos sur mer to the Porquerolles islands, to give you navigation ideas and sail according to the weather. The boat anchors mainly in Martigues. It is possible depending on the season calendar that he will be in Marseille. Do not hesitate to ask to arrive the evening before or to modify the dates/time of departure and/or arrival: it will be possible to make arrangements depending on availability. ;) Hoping to welcome you soon, Alice & Clement

Clément is very friendly and was very available and accommodating (arrival and departure times, etc.). Communication was easy and fluid. You can tell he knows his boat well and that it's well looked after. The boat is as old as it is, but it's been very well maintained and handles very well at sea. The sails and rigging are in good condition. The reefs and jib allow for sailing in strong winds. The engine was spotless. No unpleasant surprises while sailing. A few family belongings were on board, but the boat has a large storage capacity, so no worries for a few days!

Very pleasant to maneuver at all speeds, this First 35 is also well fitted out inside. If the Loundan is no longer young, it has been overhauled and re-equipped very recently and is therefore very satisfactory. Alice and Clément are available and ready to listen; we suffered engine damage, they were very accommodating and went out of their way to allow us to leave as quickly as possible. If we sail again in the region, we will be happy to sail again on Alice and Clément's Loundan.
The boat conforms to the description. This is a boat that is very seaworthy, it takes the wind well. The boat is very clean, easy to steer and maneuver. Clément is available and will listen to you. I recommend this boat.
Owner welcoming, accommodating and very friendly. Boat with very good performance and on which it is pleasant to sail. On the other hand, there is a lack of equipment that we are used to finding on rental boats and it should at least be specified in the ad: no GPS, no anemometer, for example. And the comfort of the berths is a bit spartan…
We spent 48 hours on the Loundan, a great time with 6 friends. It is very practical, clean, comfortable and functional with its 3 berths. The sailboat worked very well and inspires confidence in addition to being pleasant at the helm. And to top it off, Clément was a great help and very responsive both before the reservation and during the stay for questions about the boat. I recommend the Loundan and hope to find it again soon.

Nous avons debuté la voile en septembre 2018. Nous avons commencé par des stages aux glénans de Bonifacio où nous avons validé notre niveau 1 en deux semaines. Ensuite avec Cap sud voiles à Marseille et notre instructeur Andrea nous avons fait plusieurs sorties autour de Marseille jusqu’aux iles des embiez, et validé notre niveau 2. Au printemps 2019 nous avons choisi de perfectionner notre cartographie, notre lecture de la mer et perfectionner nos gestes à chaque poste en faisant un stage équipier polyvalent aux glénans de paimpol en bretagne nord. Nous avons ensuite passer notre niveau 4 -chef de bord avec l'UCPA sur Toulon. Nous souhaitons poursuivre notre apprentissage en louant sur de courte période des bateaux, et continuer à nous familiariser avec la navigation à bord d’un voilier habitable. Notre objectif sous 2 ans est de partir sur notre bateau faire le tour de mediterranée. Plus récemment, en avril 2021, nous avons passé la certification "World Sailing PS Mer". Et en juillet 2021, nous avons effectué la traversée Continent -Corse à bord d'un Dufour 38 avec un équipage de 4 personnes. Alice et Clément
