A group of 14 friends booket a Lagoon 440 Catamaran with Nemo Charter for a day trip (6 hours) from Napoli to Procida and back. We had an amazing day with a friendly skipper and hostess onboard. Our contact person at Nemo Charter answered quickly and was also service minded, but we did have some minor miscommunications regarding the price for some of the additional services. This created some frustration before departure. All in all very satisfied with the booking process and the rental itself!

We arrived on time w a family of 15 and had to wait in the hot sun for over 45 minutes while we watched people clean the boat and bring on the provisions. We were told we couldn’t go where we wanted in time and this would have been useful To know ahead of time what our options were. The first mate was very nice but didn’t do much. She poured five drinks and made 6 espressos and put out cold food when the boat was equipped w ovens. I had to keep making ice for the group because it was out of water multiple Times the bathrooms are beyond gross. The captain was a lot of fun. My kids did enjoy the swimming and paddle board. The air conditioning was not on in the boat and when I asked she put on a fan to blow hot air around. We ordered food for 15 and had so much food I believe I bought dinner for the crew as well. And the food was not good. Gnocchi was good, meatballs were terrible, I would highly suggest finding a new place to get your food from. Again the pizza was soggy and cold but was pretty good. I rent boats all the time and this was the first time I was not happy.
