Translated from Italian Show original

We rented this boat for a week with their skipper. I can hardly say that the experience was entirely positive, due to a series of small things that did not make the stay pleasant. Some examples: the refrigerator did not work well, after the first two days it did not cool anymore creating 3 fingers of water on the bottom and ruining the food; a bathroom smelled; several doors opened/closed badly; we had added the tender as an optional, but it had holes and took on water. The fee was refunded to us, but it significantly limited our travel on land (so much so that we often had to ask for passage to other boats), staying at anchor and going ashore, as well as visiting caves. It would have been great to have sunbathing cushions on the bow. Among the optional extras, we also added the Nespresso, which worked perfectly (alas, we did not know that 80% of ports do not have electricity so it was used very few times). The skipper deserves a separate mention, as he certainly did not favor a holiday atmosphere. For any proposal/request there was an impediment. In the morning we had to wake him up to be able to move (even after 9:30). During the navigation he never took us sailing despite our requests, saying that there was no bow wind. However, other boats were sailing, even those of our friends. When it was time to stock up on food we asked what he liked, so that we could buy it. But at the end of the week he asked us for a refund for his dinners at the restaurant (never happened elsewhere in these terms, perhaps it should have been agreed beforehand). Extremely personal opinion: I don't appreciate the fact that the skipper drinks 5/6 beers or more a day (plus those at dinner). Regarding the morning wake-up time, I'll give you an example: to ensure our place in the port (not bookable) we had to return by 15:00/16:00. So we asked to leave the port at 8:30 in order to anticipate the navigation and have 2/3 hours at sea: we only succeeded once! NB: The contract did not include working hours 10-17! In general, I expect a skipper to have full command, control and management of the boat, because I might not be able to help. And instead there is no mooring that he did alone because he needed someone at the anchor. He also told us in some circumstances that one of us would have to swim ashore to tie the line to a rock (!). What if I don't know how to tie it properly? Do I make a bow?! Regarding Click&Boat positive experience for the booking and the transaction. The procedure was clear and without complications. In general also with Ionionsailing who refunded the tender fee without delay. Considering the cost incurred, I would have liked a boat in order, that's for sure.
