Description of Spyros's motorboat
Motorboat Poseidon 500 M 40hp
- Fuel is charged on top by 2.50euro/litre. - We do not do pickups - the boats must be taken and returned to our base, Liapades/Corfu. You are eligible to travel 3 miles on each side. On your right side, you can explore the area of Paleokastritsa, a small town with lots of restaurants, shops, beaches and caves, and of course the Monastery with a breathtaking view. On your left side, you can sail to all the hidden wild beaches of Liapades, among which are the Paradise and Stelari beach. one of the greatest parts of Corfu. You must always maintain a minimum safety distance of 50m from the beach where you throw your anchor and then you need to swim to the shore. Our boats are equipped with a GPS to trace you and, in case you need assistance, our sea personnel will come to you the soonest possible. Enjoyed the day - boat was as quoted and service good
Really good experience with this boat, and the staff, the side of the pala side is amazing, overall 10/10 although the gas price was like 35€ from 9:30 AM till 4PM I might be wrong but if you go directly to the place Ninos boat rental you can maybe get the rental for cheaper, we paid 200€ But we don’t regret, it was really worth it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Friendly welcome at the quay a little directive for the boat .... but extremely restricted navigation area for a day trip in 1 hour max so keep the boat 3 hours ... We had rented a 40hp we had a sluggish 30hp but sufficient for the small circuit .... In short a tourist trap
The boat is advertised as 40hp and costs more than others that have 30hp. I of course did not get the boat in the ad. The owner says that he gave me a boat that matches the ad and that it is a 40hp. (Of course nothing is written on the engine) I am used to renting boats of this type and clearly, it was not a 40hp. We were overtaken several times very clearly by open boats of the same size that had a 30hp engine. So either the rental company is dishonest or he maintains his engine so badly that it no longer has any power. In addition, it is the rental company who evaluates the fuel consumption by eye - he announces it as 10l while we did 10 km at most ... In short. Avoid this rental company - Do not pay more for a 40hp.
