Nice boat and very friendly boat rental place

We have had damage, for which I will do a claim through the this website.

It was OK, dinghy was fine, but it felt little outdated. Could not use a storage as their smell of petrol. They also took my ID card, even I specifically asked them about it before I rented dinghy but I was ok with it but didn’t like it…

The deposit was €1000 instead of €500 which was displayed on the website, and they asked us to leave our passport as a safety which we refused because it’s NOT ok to leave your passport behind - a professional company would not ask for this. We got another type of boat than we booked. The boat was not easy to steer, as it was almost impossible to move the steering wheel. When we got back and complained, the mechanic started fixing the boat, so indeed there was something wrong with it. We really didn’t have much fun because of the difficulty to drive the boat in busy bays. When we told the owner we were unhappy he got mad and at first refused to compensate. With a lot of discussion we got a little compensation but it had ruined our boat trip already. Would certainly not recommend to book here.

Boat was advertised as being in Palau but it was in Porto Pozzo.

Fast communication. Good boat, awning is a bit shaky, difficult to hold up in wind. clear instructions. I expected to be able to pick up the boat in Palau, turned out to be another 15 km away. Price quality is good. fine for 5 people, too small for more people. You come to beautiful places. Recommended!

We enquired the evening before and received fast response from the host. And booked a skipper at short notice too. The price was very fair when comparing to large tour excursions. The skipper was great and gave his personal favourite highlights of the islands and we missed most of the crowds. He was friendly, and a great guide. Many thanks to all for the fantastic day on the boat.

It went quite well. The owner was very understanding, accepting changes to the reservation date twice. The weather was bad, and he accepted the change without any problems. The skipper, Lucca, was very friendly.

The person was very friendly, but the person on the pontoon was not very friendly. The boat was in poor condition. And the tubes were not inflated enough.

We were very well attended to at the reception. The boat is as shown in the photos and we were able to sail without any problems. The cost of petrol was 2.5€/litre. The port is beautiful and the parking lot is free and very large. I recommend it 100%!

Instruction was good, unfortunately the upholstery and cover of the storage compartments were defective, and the sunroof was also defective. There was a smell of gasoline on board because the tank was difficult to fill. Communication was ok, instruction was too. The suggested route was great and very, very beautiful. Thanks for this!

The pickup date is incorrectly stated on the invoice. This is not Palau but Porto Pozzo.

Inattentive and irascible staff

Booked from Palau, but the pier is 15km further, quite difficult to find on a gravel road. Communication with referrer in quite poor English. €2.50 for 1 liter of diesel ?

We initially rented another boat, but it broke down the day before. We received (neatly announced in advance) an alternative. Totally fine, spacious boat with large solar cell Boat seems a bit older, given the wear on the cushions. It has had no influence at all, because our day was great. Reception and handling upon return was also very hospitable. Nothing to complain about and next time we rent here again!
