We had the best day out on this wonderful boat. The communication with the staff before our day out was fantastic and the day itself was simply wonderful. The boat is outstanding and in great shape. Our skipper, Alessandro, was super friendly, knows the best spots to park the boat and was just outstanding! The kids loved the seabob and the hand an amazing time out on the water although there was not a lot of sunshine. We will come back for sure and highly recommend Pietro, his crew and his boat!!!
Two fantastic days! Riccardo's welcome was very efficient and helpful. The skipper Alessandro was very professional, helpful, and immediately understood our needs. The boat was very clean and well-maintained. We recommend it to anyone who wants to see wonderful places on a fantastic boat.
Everything worked out fine, the only observation is that the overtime rate isn't what the contract specifies; they changed the terms to their advantage.
Thank you very much! However, we would like to clarify that the observation regarding the overtime rate does not reflect the actual course of events. We had explained clearly on multiple occasions that the amount shown for the time extension was due to last-minute delays and logistical complications, not as a standard extension fee. Despite this, and after several attempts to clarify the matter, you insisted strongly on applying a reduced rate. In order to avoid any further inconvenience and to ensure you had a pleasant experience, we accepted your request and accommodated your proposed rate. Therefore, no contract terms were modified to our advantage; in fact, you paid the amount that you yourselves requested. That’s why we were quite surprised by your comment, especially considering the effort we made to meet all your expectations and ensure you had a wonderful day.
