Renting in Sicily has now become a favorite destination for everyone, in fact the islands that surround it are now among the most beautiful in the world. Departure from Marina Galizzi Molo Trapezoidale lets you decide whether to go to the Egadi or Aeolian Islands, A boat holiday, if managed well, day after day on a different island you can notice the crystal clear waters of the wild Filicudi, in Stromboli with its crater always erupting, what about Vulcano, wonderful beaches and a good bath in the warm sulphurous waters to regenerate the body and mind. We had an unforgettable time in Sicily aboard Maurizio’s stunning GiuGioMa! Maurizio is a fantastic boat owner. His communication is clear and prompt, he's incredibly accommodating, and he maintains the boat with meticulous care. You can tell he manages it as if it were his personal pride and joy, which means the boat comes fully equipped with gear and toys you’d rarely find on a typical charter. Brand new boat, very friendly and helpful owner! Would definitely reccomend!
Communication with the owner was very difficult, he did not answer the messages and we arrived at the port almost without knowing anything on the day of departure. The day before delivery the owner made us arrive at 5 pm for a mechanical inspection of the boat, the mechanic arrived until 730 pm which made us lose part of the last day, the rental is supposed to be from Saturday to Saturday and they made us return Friday. The offer said a boat for 8 people and 5 people arrived and we had to give up a cabin to the skipper, which if we had known about it beforehand would have made us rent a boat with 4 cabins instead of 3 and not suffer discomfort on the sailboat. Skipper Ugo's knowledge and skill with the boat and islands was excellent and he also helped us with reservations on the islands visited.
We spent a week between the Egadi Islands and the Zingaro Reserve, beautiful places and fantastic sea. The boat is truly perfect, equipped with all the necessary equipment for comfortable and safe sailing. Maurizio was very kind and very helpful in satisfying all our requests. Great experience!
