The weather was horrible the day we have booked, bad luck but the day before and after checking the weather forecast I have asked if it was really feasible because I had a big doubt and they told me that the weather would be “perfectly fine”. Just few minutes after boarding it was terrible, showers, wind, waves. After one hour of terrible conditions the captain told us that it will not be better for the rest of the day and could be even worst. So we have stopped the daily cruise after only one hour. When I have complained, I have been answered that it was the best day for cruising because the 3 days after would be worst without any possibility of cruising. It was a lie, the next day the weather was really nice and even fantastic the days after. Just easy money without taking care of customers. I must add that the transfer from hotel was finally not included as it should and of course they didn’t cover it even if our activity was a complete disaster. I don’t care the cost for the transfer it would be just an elegant way to express their sympathy . As expected and despite their confirmation on the “perfect weather” it was impossible to enjoy. Of course it is impossible to forecast weather few weeks in advance but it is not fair at all to maintain an expensive activity which cannot really take place (and moreover when customers have a doubt on feasibility one day before) it would be easy to postpone but it was easy money and bad faith.
Fantastic experience all the way through. Suzanne very communicative, boat was impeccable, crew (James and Soon) were friendly and informative. Highly recommended and would book again.
The service and close contact of Suzanne was great, but the best is that I required some adjustments and Suzanne was always there to help. Even the trip was different that the regular ones, Suzanne found the way to fulfill it. If I come back to Phuket, I will contact here again for options.

Excellent day on the water. Great crew and equipment. Having owned many boats, the boat was in new condition and good operating order. The tour of many islands and the lunch on the floating village was perfect. The crew was friendly, courteous and senior friendly. I would highly recommend.
