Overall I was quite happy with most of the things. The communication is good but there are places for improvement. For example, I did not receive a note about the status of my $3000 euro hold for incidentals, and as I am writing this review, I still dont know if or not the owner is satisfied with the condition of the boat after our departure. Also, I thought that this was a 7 night rental, rather than 6 night rental. I came in thinking that this was 7 nights. It is possible that I missed this info, but I looked back through my emails and I still cant find any info that our stay was 6 nights, when the request was for 7 nights. It is not a big problem, because we had a car and were able to drive back to my apartment, so I had a place to stay, but I could see this as a problem in other rentals. There was an issue with the hostess that we needed to cancel, but this is not the fault of ACI. The skipper was 5 star. All these issues are relatively minor and would not stop me from returning back to ACI or click and boat, but, it would be best if these issues were resolved within the company.
