I was really looking forward to our trip which was meant to be a treat for my kids. Unfortunately both of my children got sea sick and we ended the trip after 2 hours. I would argue that the sea wasn't overly rough but due to the low cruising speed (see other reviews)the boat wallowed around on the swell more than it would have if it had been going faster (we were cruising around 10 knots). The stop off point was really choppy and if I'm honest it was dangerous trying to get back into the boat once we had jumped in. Less confident swimmers would have struggled. I know the crew have no control over the swell etc but felt they could have taken us somewhere else. The food on offer wasn't much (a bowl of olives, 2 bowls of crackers and a small plate of cured ham) for 4 people. Communication about the location of the boat was disappointing as well. I had messaged several times about where to meet and the question was only answered a few hours before the trip and to my surprise the boat was situated a half hour drive away from Alcudia itself.
This was a very disappointing charter. The whole point of chartering a boat like this is to experience the performance of the vessel. We may as well have hired a tug boat! The captain would not go above 10 knots on a boat that has a cruising speed of 18 let alone go at speed. This is despite being asked multiple times why and being given various strange excuses. The fuel charge was in excess of 300 euros and I doubt we would have used more than 50! My children were so disappointed. The boat is certainly not 2022 and more likely 10-15 years older. Our day should have been travelling at speed between amazing destinations only accessible by boat. This was not the case. We did visit one area near the park which was lovely (after taking far too long to get there). We requested to go for lunch in a restaurant that was accessible by boat only and we ended up in a marina where the captain made a big deal of the 40 euro cost of using it.
Boat is ok. Crew more or less… They sent us in two short spots, one close to the other one.. moved as slow as possible so the time pass by.we requested to go to other spots but they gave excuses saying it was too windy. Worse cost benefit..

Boat not in accordance with the description of the advertisement (it was another boat) Very slow boat Group of 10 people and there were not enough water bottles for everyone The visit was very short and the captain did not feel like taking us anywhere else Used to renting boats, this was a total disappointment…..

We spent a great day on board the boat. The state and capacity of the boat was as expected by us, good maintenance and above all cleanliness. And highlight above all Marti who received and welcomed us
The food they offer is not consistent with what they put in the offer. We have not been able to enjoy the crystalline waters because the captain did not see it as appropriate, we have offered another alternative and it has not been favorable. The speed of the ship has been minimal, trying to save fuel. The boat was in accordance with the advertisement as well as its cleanliness and comfort.
Fantastic. Professional and good service
We were not enthusiastic, drove a short distance, did not respond to requests to create. Boat engine failed several times, skipper had to climb down into the engine room. The 2022 in the subject does not refer to the year of manufacture. 2/3 of the time anchored near the port.

I rented the Montecarlo, but due to a breakdown we went in another boat with lower performance and there has been no reduction in the price. For this we are not very happy. I think I made a serious mistake contracting with Click&Boat
Despite the delay, the tour was on time. Very neat boat. Recommended for a boat trip.
