A great experience for all of us!

The boat was as described and perfect for our needs. The boat was easy to control, and the handover was professional and left no questions unanswered. They even offered a test drive with a guide at no extra cost, which I accepted and welcomed. The return went just as smoothly. The only thing that was a bit challenging for me as a beginner was finding neutral, as it was just a line on the wood, to the side of the driver's seat. Since my attention was mostly focused on everything else when docking, there were a few times when I was still in forward or reverse gear, as I didn't always perceive the feedback from neutral very well. I also missed a rudder angle indicator and realized how helpful it is. But even without it, everything went smoothly, and the challenges were mastered. I'd gladly do it again!

- The price per engine hour of EUR 12.50 was not stated on Click&Boat. We only found out about this on site! We assumed that we would have to pay for the fuel, sewage disposal and fresh water ourselves. With 11.8 engine hours, that was an additional EUR 147! - Upholstery in the saloon and cockpit very dirty (stained) and torn! Very uncomfortable! Overall, the boat was only in a mediocre visual condition. We are used to something different when chartering sailing yachts (even with older boats). - Handover with mooring lines not rolled up and a knotted shore power cable! - Technically, the boat was fine: engine, water pump, toilet, refrigerator, lights worked perfectly.

Everything was fine. We were switched to a different boat class at short notice for technical reasons (defect), so the "accuracy of the information" is only partially meaningful. Otherwise: had a great time!
