Broken boarding plank -Injury - person cut and bleeding in toilet water-infested marina -She left trip, booked immediate flights/taxi -Now very ill at hospital (surgery, hepatitis treatment, PTSD, loss of income) Phone, watch, shoes destroyed Main sail halyard failure/general issues raising main sail -no attempt to repair was made Starboard engine failures Lazy jack failure -no attempt repair was made, repaired ourselves Missing toiletries, overcharged (1000€) for 600€ courtesy pack listed in original booking Sun pads not attached -Multiple injuries when they went flying -Had to recover from water -Mismatched attachment hardware showing zero effort on part of charter company Lack of working wind instruments Tried to charge us 600€ for a 2cm scratch
