Negative Review – Disappointing Experience in Many Respects Good morning, First of all, I'd like to thank the staff for their helpfulness, and especially Francesco for taking the time to organize these three days despite the short notice due to our last-minute request. However, I feel it's necessary to highlight some critical aspects of the experience: 1. Inadequate Restrooms The two bathrooms on board were completely inadequate even for minimal use. One had a serious problem with water backing up from the toilet, resulting in unpleasant fumes and spills onto the floor. The other required a complicated manual flushing system, located in an inconvenient and difficult-to-access location. Furthermore, the sink was equipped with a hand shower with a long, cumbersome hose, which was also used as an outdoor shower through the bow porthole. An improvised and decidedly impractical solution. 2. Cabin Accommodation The forward cabin with three single beds was extremely uncomfortable, especially for those over 160 cm tall. The space was very cramped and unsuitable for rest. 3. Hygienic Conditions of the Boat Although this is a vintage vessel with a certain vintage charm, the hygienic conditions were absolutely unacceptable. Cleanliness, both inside and out, left much to be desired, making the experience unpleasant in terms of comfort and liveability. 4. Skipper's Behavior The skipper proved to be highly experienced in sailing, but his behavior often seemed inappropriate. Even in an informal setting like a boat, it's important to remember that guests deserve respect and appropriate language. Some behaviors and expressions were intrusive and impolite. Conclusions I don't recommend this experience, especially for families or those seeking a minimum level of comfort, hygiene, and respect. A missed opportunity that, with more attention to detail and customer service, could have had a completely different outcome.

A wonderful holiday! Thanks to Francesco we saw some beautiful places, he was certainly the added value that made us feel at home, nice and fun, made our holiday unforgettable. The boat is very well maintained with everything you need. If we could we would leave immediately aboard Jacandra!
