Great boat and service. Highly recommended
We rented the boat with this company for 8 hours, and on the way back to the door very far from the beach we came across some rocks and the boat stopped, very scared since we did not know if the propeller had broken or also the hull and we were with small children and thank goodness we were going slowly ... we called the company and they told us that they could not pick us up and that we should figure out how to start the engine, when we heard that we all panicked since we were very far from the port and the beach we asked how was that possible and where we were calling my three children crying, running away with our life jackets until thank God a boat passed by which we warned about the rocks, which is not normal so far from the shore, and they went around us and told us that they would help us by towing us to the port, when we arrived at the port the supposed owner appeared and later told us that he was not the owner and he towed us from the entrance of the port up to his pants without speaking to us and without saying anything when the most normal thing is to ask us how we are and calm us down. When we arrived, he told us that we had broken the propeller and that we had to pay it, that he wouldn't return our deposit, and that he was going to check the GPS. We looked at the GPS and it was clearly visible that we were very far from the shore. We had to call the Civil Guard, who came and told us to report him for not helping us, for the deposit, etc., and we also filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency and are waiting for a response from the Consumer Protection Agency and for the day to testify in court. I recommend that you do not use this company at all because if something happens on the high seas, they ignore it. We were very lucky that a boat passed by and had a rope to tow us, but the fear never goes away. The Consumer Protection Agency also told us in the contract that it has abusive clauses for which they will be fined.
