Terrible! The agreed-upon date was postponed due to unsafe sea conditions. The next day, with the same conditions, the sea was fine... waves and wind that certainly wouldn't have made sailing pleasant and safe. This should have entitled me to a refund of the amount paid... but since, due to an oversight on my part, my boating license had expired, they kept the €400. I asked if I could replace the reservation with a boat without a license and they told me I'd have to pay the full rental fee. Eva told me she doesn't manage the money and there was nothing she could do... First of all, the sea conditions didn't allow for a good navigation, and secondly, I was only asking, by giving up the difference, to have a boat without a license. I don't know who kept my money, but Eva is definitely lying... Terrible person... Be very careful to read every little clause because they are very ready to rip you off.
Very good boat, perfect for the 6 people we were. Easy to drive, I recommend it.
We really enjoyed the day, the boat was great, and both Eva and Jordi took excellent care of us. We will definitely come back!
