We rented the same dog-friendly boat with a license for two days in advance for our family. Although we often use Click&Boat for rentals, this experience was a bit disappointing. The woman at the reception and by a few staff members at the boat were unfriendly. Onboard, numerous screws came loose, including those from the dashboard and the bimini top frame. We reported these issues immediately after the first day, hoping they would be resolved before the second day. Unfortunately, nothing was done.

These boats are designed for rental… so any option is killed. So not even a place to put your phone… otherwise service was efficient
Everything was good.
Very easy boat hire. Clean boat and friendly team who look after you at the start and end. Only problem was the rear seat safety bars had been very poorly repaired so when we were travelling under speed with someone sitting on it, it snapped and they nearly flew off the back of the boat which is very dangerous.
Great boat and fantastic waters. Everything was just as expected.

Very well organised, the information was passed on via the app, so all the paperwork was completed, just signs and an explanation about the boat and we could leave. Had a very nice day, refueled the boat and paid on return. This is also well arranged. The only point was that the deck cushions for the point cannot be secured properly, causing them to slide off every time. We will definitely come back here!

The boat was ok, but the instruction and the service in the sales room left a lot to be desired.
We had a great day at sea, gladly again and many thanks. The communication was totally uncomplicated and the boat was in very good condition!
It was a great experience, a top boat, great explanations, super friendly reception, description of a beautiful route around an island with all the danger spots explained in German and given as a picture and map Get a full tank again... fuel paid deposit back everything very uncomplicated! Again and again and highly recommended!

Basically everything worked well and we had fun with the boat. However, in the front part of the boat there was a wooden board that a person was sitting on and which broke through when there was a big wave. A round support was missing under this wooden board, which was clearly visible on the floor because there was a round recess for it. A deposit of €200 was then retained for the broken wooden board. We felt that we were being treated unfairly, as it would certainly not have happened with the intended support.
