Elan Impression 40, built in 2017, is a spacious sailing yacht with three double cabins and two toilets with shower, which makes it a perfect boat for your vacation in Croatia. It is situated in the ACI marina Split, from where you can easily access the most beautiful Croatia islands. The spacious saloon is connected to a kitchen fully equipped with everything you may need on your trip. The navigation equipment comprises autopilot, bow thruster, GPS chart plotter in saloon and a cockpit, and other electronic instruments. For more comfort, boat comprises Air Condition (shore power) and unlimited Wi-Fi, radio player, USB, BT, AUX connection. It was very desepointing that there wasnt no cushions to the seats in the cockpit. The bimini was leaking.
Overall, the experience with the boat (Tino) was good. Tino worked well most of the time, but did sometimes fail to deliver (e.g., dinghy, outdoor shower). However, the skipper (Vilim Faber) made the week much more enjoyable. He is a knowledgeable skipper who surpassed my expectations.
Good boat with good equipment and good performance. Unfortunately, our dinghy lost air every day, which meant that it often had to be pumped up. The sails were also quite worn.
All in all it was great. Only the 2 agreed arrangements for seat cushions for the deck and the promised coffee machine were not on board. The depth gauge wasn't quite correctly calibrated, but still to be on the safe side. There is no annual berth for the Tino and therefore no discounts in the other ACI marinas. I would book the ship again at any time.
Completely in line with what we expected. Pleasantly surprised by the comfort and interior space of this Elk.
Pleasant stay in a quality boat.
