Sorrento is an ideal spot for renting even if you're on Capril. It's a short 30 mn ride to the island from Sorrento as well as other Almafi coast spots (Conca del Sogno restaurant with boat mooring and launch service just 20mns from Sorrento by boat but reserve ahead of time)
