Alex was a fantastic host—super organized, friendly, and great at communicating. He even arranged a lunch reservation on one of the islands before we arrived and met us at the dock on the day, which made everything effortless.
Our boat driver, Luis, was wonderful too: patient, knowledgeable, and he took us to all the best swimming spots. It was just my boyfriend and me celebrating his birthday, but the boat could easily and comfortably fit up to eight people.
10/10 experience—highly recommend!

There were some challenges with communication because they didn't speak English and our Spanish was rudimentary. We used google translate pretty effectively when we needed to. The crew was very accommodating and for the price it just couldn't be beat. I would suggest doing some research ahead of time about where you'd like to go and how long it takes to get there so you have clear expectations. If you don't speak spanish I'd prepare some information for them so you can save some time. The pier was easy to find and we were able to get on the boat without a problem. We brought our own snacks and drinks. They made us drinks the whole time. The trip back was a lot of fun as well. I would rent the boat again and you should too!

Excellent day, the crew was amazing, Franco and Mañaña were very helpful, knowledgeable with the suggestions, and super kind. I will definitely recommend this company, super professionals, we will be back and hire them again, we were a party of 6 adults and we had an amazing day at the sea.

Our experience on board of PLAY was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect. The boat is brand new and everything worked as it should. The soundsystem will blow your mind. Captain Adolfo who professionally runs the boat with help of his son was always on point and maneuvered the boat calmly also when the sea got a little more rough. Also the service on board was great. The 1st mate made sure our cups we’re always full. The guys know all the locals at the beaches and made sure we are not being overcharged by anyone. Sure there are cheaper options when it comes to boating in Cartagena but theres is no better option and it was worth every penny.
