Very nice staff - very friendly and very helpful in any aspect - muy amable. They asked us for our wishes where to go and what to see and if we are comfortable and where really attentiv. We loved their company very much - muy lindo gente. Also the contact with Derek, the boat owner, was super friendly and uncomplicated. He is a very nice and serious person and answered immadiately on our questions and everything seemed to be - and was in deed - very well organized and clear. The only thing to upgrade would be the freezer if somebody is hireing the boat for a couple of days. We stayed 5 days & 4 nights nonstop on the boat… so we had a lot of food (meat & fish & icecream) to freeze… but after the first day & night… everything layed in water. It was nobodie‘s fault… and the staff bought ice cubes as soon as possible… Thank you so much - muchos gracias a todos Urs Valery Esperanza
Urs and his family were an amazing group. They were able to go to some of the islands and visit some beautiful places around Cartagena. We hope they enjoyed the boat as much as we enjoyed having them as customers aboard it. All positives and we hope they come back again the next time they are in town!
