Our recent experience with Click&Boat was marred by poor communication and a lack of coordination between the company, the boat owner, and the local office. This disorganization had a significant impact on our trip, particularly at the beginning and the end. The primary issue was the lack of clear communication regarding trip preparation, the route, deposit payments, and what was included in the cost. Despite repeated attempts to get clarity, the information provided was inconsistent and incomplete. We were shocked to learn upon arrival that we needed almost €5000 in cash for the deposit and other costs, a detail that was never communicated to us beforehand. The owner, Raluca, tended to be quite unhelpful, which further exacerbated the situation. When we sought assistance, we found ourselves caught in a blame game between Raluca, the office, and Click&Boat, with each party deflecting responsibility for the miscommunication. The office lady, Anita, at the harbor, was quite rude and unprofessional, adding to our frustration. However, the saving grace of our trip was the exceptional crew. Captain Vedran and hostess Mirella were outstanding. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable time. Their efforts made a significant difference and turned what could have been a completely negative experience into a memorable one. To improve, Raluca and Click&Boat need to establish better communication channels and provide clear, consistent guidelines for customers. Simple steps like clearly outlining all necessary information and ensuring all parties are on the same page would prevent such issues. Additionally, a more courteous and professional approach from the local office staff would significantly enhance the customer experience.

We had a fantastic 7-days chartering. We were very lucky with the weather but the spacious galley, the 2 fridges, and well equiped kitchen made the trip so much more enjoyable. The ice machine was utilized to make cocktails by the on-board bar.
