There was a lack of communication regarding the crew (cook, skipper and hostess) that I took extra. The rules and conditions regarding these extra services were not explained well and this created a lot of chaos and stress for all of us. The boat is very beautiful, very well maintained and cared for and accessorized. Hara (contact person of the boat has always been very kind and professional). I therefore recommend adding in the confirmation and boarding pass phase all the information regarding the external crew if you add it to the boat rental.
Dear Click and boat, Before the booking with the clients please ask if they have previous experience. Since this time the client was not familiar with the Bare boat charter. They were used to Crewed charters where they have different service. Although they had a great time. On our end we will try to double check the information that have been passed to avoid misunderstandings.
