I originally booked the "Atlantic Marine — 750 (2018)" for 8 people on February 25, 2025. On July 28, 2025 (7 days before pickup), I was informed that the boat was mechanically defective and that we could exchange it for an alternative boat under the same conditions. The new boat was the "Sessa — Keylargo 24 (2013)." The boat was advertised as "bigger, more space, etc.." In reality, however, the replacement boat was smaller, had fewer seats, was 5 years older, had no smartphone connection for audio, but did have an on-board toilet. Due to the relatively short notice cancellation for the "Atlantic Marine — 750 (2018)" and the alternatives offered in Biograd, the exchange was approved. "Negative Event #1" A higher deposit was requested for the boat upon pick-up than stated in the booking. Click&Boat The ad was €500 for the "Atlantic Marine — 750 (2018)", while the deposit requested for the "Sessa — Keylargo 24 (2013)" was €700 - the ad stated the deposit was €600, which I ultimately provided. "Negative Event #3" The nautical charts on board were incomplete and not up to date. This was particularly annoying given the speed limits around Biograd. "Negative Event #4" Upon returning the "Sessa — Keylargo 24 (2013)," when asked whether the "Atlantic Marine — 750 (2018)" was ready for use again, the crew stated that it was not defective but had been chartered elsewhere for an extended period. "Negative Event #5" The onboard toilet stopped working at the end of the booking, allegedly due to improper use. We were asked to provide €150 from the deposit for the repair. This request was rejected because it seemed unreasonable.
