Yacht charter in Biograd na Moru · Atlantic Marine — Atlantic Marine Sun Cruiser 805 (2013)

Dear Sir or Madam, The booking process, including picking up the boat and leaving the boat, was very easy and efficient. Unfortunately, we were stopped by the coastal police, where it turned out that the boat license from Bosnia was not accepted (this hadn't been a problem in previous years ?). We had to return to the harbor after an hour's drive and received a fine of 300 euros. Actually, the rental company should also have been aware of the current regulations. I was also fined. The deposit was returned to the rental company quickly and without any problems. My request for a partial refund of the boat rental was kindly acknowledged. After that, despite further inquiries, I heard nothing more. This has soured the overall impression that I unfortunately cannot recommend the rental company and will not book again next year (we will get our Croatian license in spring 2026). It's a shame, really, because the first impression was good and the boat's price-performance ratio would have been good. But how If you then ultimately treat customers like that and simply switch to mute and show no willingness to accommodate (we paid a daily rental and could only drive for an hour!!) That's completely unacceptable to me.

Perfect all around! Great boat, relaxed owner. It was great that we had the rental until 6 p.m. and didn't have to fill up until 6 p.m., so we really got to use the boat to its full potential! We'd love to come back next time!
