Very good. Everything went very well, from the initial contact to the boat delivery, the price, and all the communication that took place until the meeting at the marina. Very friendly and helpful staff. All of this made for an excellent day, very well spent.
A very pleasant experience. The boat was clean and well-equipped. Everything was explained clearly and understandably, and they always asked if you had any problems. The owner was also easy to contact. One tip: Make sure you have enough mobile data. :)
The boat was in very good condition, comfortable, and reasonably clean. We were the last group to pick up the boat that day. There was some communication confusion at both pickup and drop-off, but everything was resolved in the end. The announcement mentioned that snorkeling equipment would be on board; however, there was only one working mask, which was a shame since there were four adults and one child. We didn't expect there to be a full complement of equipment for everyone, but it seemed like some masks were missing.
Everything was great. Both the service and the quality of the boat. Highly recommended!
Shortly after the reservation they tell us that they must delay it 2 hours because the boat is damaged. When we tell them that we cannot delay the reservation, instead of giving us options, they try to turn us around when they respond to make the time pass until the 2 hours that should have passed until we could take the boat When we finally stood up and asked for a refund, alternatives began to emerge but it was too late. We would have appreciated those alternatives but much earlier to be able to take advantage of the day.
