Buyer beware!! Avoid this vendor at all costs- never showed up and when he did over an hour late after I had to book another boat on this platform, Jose refused to refund me. Click & Boat (Should be renamed Click & Bait) also refused to help and refund me- I would advise against using this platform as they do not offer any protection against rogue and dishonest vendors like this one. Never again

Great day out on the boat, Jose was very responsive and gave us great directions to different spots to stop! We had the best day, definitely recommend if you want a fun day out on the water.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our boat charter in Mallorca. The boat was agreed to be returned at 12:00 PM, but the owner didn't arrive until 12:15 PM without any apology. The boat wasn't clean and didn't appear well-maintained, which is truly disappointing given the price. The return didn't go any better: We had agreed to return at 4:30 PM, but the owner didn't arrive until 4:54 PM. Again, no apology or explanation—just rude and unprofessional. Overall, a very unpleasant experience that we cannot recommend.

It was a wonderful experience to travel independently by boat in Mallorca, detached from guided tours and tourism. Booking was easy, and the communication beforehand was excellent. On the day of the tour itself, however, we accidentally got a boat from a different provider (the provider's name was nowhere to be seen) and received a call along the way telling us we had to go back to the harbor to swap boats. Unfortunately, this cost us a lot of time. So you should be careful which provider you book with and queue up with the right one. Despite the incident, both providers were relaxed, and we were able to continue our unforgettable journey in our correct boat.

Unfortunately, Jose's worker arrived an hour late at the agreed meeting point. Communication up until then was slow. No apologies, but the rental period was extended. The recommended tour and the spots were well-chosen. However, we had enough time for even more. The boat was good. Used, but the interior was in perfect condition. The only technical criticism is the engine, which was sometimes difficult to start and stalled when switching from forward to reverse. Personally, I would book with his partner Richer next time. He welcomed us that day and briefly comforted us until Jose's worker arrived. He even landed us safely in the harbor, despite our novices. He speaks fluent German, Spanish, and English.

It was a beautiful day at sea, but unfortunately, there were significant difficulties getting off the ground. We had booked the boat from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Unfortunately, no one was at the harbor to greet us at 9 a.m. Jose Manuel was unavailable by phone and didn't respond to messages. Thanks to other rental companies on site, we were able to make contact. It wasn't until around 10:30 a.m. that a Jose Manuel employee arrived to hand over the boat to us. Unfortunately, the employee spoke poor English, or rather, no English at all, making communication difficult. Therefore, proper instruction on how to use the boat was unfortunately very limited. We received no apology. No compensation in the form of a discount or a free SUP was offered. The boat itself wasn't properly cleaned. There were still hairs from the previous renters. A cushion for one of the seats was also missing. The steering wheel was so damaged by the sun that the plastic stuck to my hand. After this experience, I wouldn't book with Jose Manuel again!

A total rip-off! Very disappointing. We made the reservation, and upon arriving at the port, we saw that the sea was rough and the boat was moving a lot due to the tide. We specifically asked if it was safe to go out like that, and he assured us there was no problem. As soon as we left, sailing was impossible: we were soaked, the boat was shaking uncontrollably, and we had to return immediately. He promised to refund our money, but since then, he hasn't responded to messages or calls. Terrible experience, zero responsibility and zero seriousness. We do not recommend it under any circumstances.

It was a pleasure renting with him. I have nothing but good things to say about him. The sea turned rough, and he waited for us at the port entrance. What a thoughtful touch. Well-maintained boat, and everything was perfect. We'll rent again.

Good value for money

Everything has been perfect. A wonderful day with some very good boats in very good condition. José has been a host of 10, he has made everything easy. I recommend it 100%.

We had a wonderful day. I recommend to everyone. Very comfortable boat and even if it is a boat without a license with few horses, it is more than enough to go for a walk.

Everything Perfect??

We were sent out in a storm, which was completely irresponsible. The promise of a possible refund was not kept. The communication was poor, we had to wait an hour on site until José arrived, even though we had agreed on a fixed time.

Everything worked great. The landlord provided assistance and advice. We had a wonderful day on the water. Can only be recommended.

Everything was as discussed, because the waves were too strong we had to stop our trip. With strong winds in our area it was 60km/h, 15 horsepower not enough to explore the island safely.

So far we were happy with everything! Only the information that the deposit of €300 had to be paid in cash came an hour before the rental at a bit of a short notice... But otherwise I'd be happy to come back! :-)
