Jose was very kind and service orientated - Everything was fine!

Jose was very lovely and helpful, and the boat was ideal for what we wanted. The negatives of our experience were that it said online we would have the boat from 9am but received a message the next morning saying 10:30. At 10:15 that morning, when we were on our way in a taxi to the port, we received another message saying 11 so we were left waiting around and started our day several hours later than we had planned and hoped. Online it also said the boat came with towels and paddle board, neither of which were included. All in all we still had a lovely time, but the communication could have been better, and the information online clearly needs updating. The price was good compared to others available that day, and Jose was nice and helpful.

Jose was amazing. We had to change our booking last minute due to the weather and Jose was so accommodating. The boat was in good condition and the perfect size for 2 people. We had a great day!

Jose's boat looks great and we took many pictures during our trips. It was amazing and fun. Jose is a nice guy. He shared 3 destination points with excellent views. It would be great if the boat could include a music player! In general, I would highly recommend it as a service and experience.

Great communication and service. Jose let us flex our day as the weather on the day we booked wasn’t ideal. This was despite me not booking weather insurance either which was my mistake. Jose provided all instructions to use the boat and gave us 4 nice locations to visit. Highly recommended.

Amazing day out

The owner (Jose Manuel Pintos Alonso) stole our 50 euro deposit out of the blue. He constantly harassed us with the boarding and arrival times. First, he said we had to be there at 9 am, then the day before, he said we had to be there at 9:50 am. Then, he said we had to return to the port at 6 pm, then at 6:30 pm, and finally at 7 pm. When we arrived at 7 pm, he told us we were an hour late and took 50 euros off our deposit. This is his way of operating to get more money; he keeps part of the deposit. Then, when you ask for an explanation, he doesn't answer your text messages or calls. Be careful with this guy.

Very bad experience. The man arrived 45 minutes late. He wanted to give us a boat we hadn't reserved (a smaller one). We returned the boat just as he had, and the guy returned our €250 deposit and kept the other €50 with false excuses. He's a thief. Not recommended.

Top boats, a little slow but efficient for a low price

The second boat was only available from 2 a.m. People had just got off and it hadn't been cleaned. The stairs into the water were also broken. Otherwise everything was fine.

Jose explained to us in detail the operation of the boat, the limits where we could go, the beaches that were worth visiting and did everything necessary for us to spend a day of 10. We will repeat without a doubt.

The boat trip we took was truly exceptional in many ways. First of all, I really appreciated the comfort and cleanliness of the boat, which was well maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a pleasant experience at sea. Furthermore, the captain's skill was very impressive, making me feel safe and calm throughout the trip. Another aspect that positively struck me was the explanation service of the various coves along the route, with precise and detailed indications of the positions in Google Maps. This allowed me to fully appreciate the beauty of the places visited and to easily orient myself during navigation. I can't forget to mention the explanation of using the boat for newbies, which was extremely clear and helpful. Thanks to these instructions, I was able to fully enjoy the experience without any difficulty, even being a novice with boat navigation. The only advice is to make up for the lack of mask, fins and snorkel on board, which would have made the experience even more complete. I think the boat trip was absolutely fantastic and would recommend it to anyone who wants an unforgettable experience at sea.

My partner and I had the best day of our lives! Juan Manuel was very clear in how to explain the instructions for driving the boat, the locations he sent us were magnificent. The boat is clean, with accessories to enjoy the day, Juan Manuel available for any questions and always available! I highly recommend it as a service and experience.

Everything perfect, the boat is beautiful and has everything for one to enjoy a wonderful ride. In addition, the communication has been very fluid and they have advised us all the time regarding the places to visit and the doubts we had. Brilliant.
