Actual boat was great and as pictured. Jose had poor communication though - he only messaged at midnight the night before about location (which is 15 minutes outside of Palma unlike advertised). He also got the start time wrong (11 instead of 10) but asked us to finish an hour later instead of offering to adjust price for mixup. As holidayers with planned days we had to adjust our dinner plans in order to have the added hour. If his communication was better (which i hope it will be for others) then I would give 5 stars.
I advise all tourists to avoid this business. First of all Boat instructions were minimal. When we left the harbour the boat seemed to work fine. Within few minutes only 10% of the power/accelaration was left. So we were almost not moving anymore. I tried to call jose, he did not answer. Several times no answer. Felt dangereous to be on a boat that cannot drive and only floats on the wave. We decided to go back. He sent a whatsapp message that the engine needs to be cleaned and we should not go full speed. Well thats possible, i could swim faster that the top speed of this boat. So after 1 hour only driving in the harbour we were back. He needed 30 mins to check the engine. I could tell its not working and perhaps lets not waste more time and swap boats. As I requested kindly. We waited in the hot sun 34 degrees. Nothing offered or communicated. Also his partner came to offer an upgrade of €100 to another boat plus additional petrol expenses. Well, after spending €390 for 1 hour floating in the harbour I was not looking for upgrades or spending more money. I asked for a solution to this problem so that i could receive what I have ordered. Instead of that I was told to go to the beach instead. Very unprofessional and a very low service level. Furthermore it felt like an offensive experience where his partner intimidated me and threatened i would not get any money back from them. Very rude how they treat customers and I was told to leave. I needed to contact click and boat for any followups. I advise all tourists to avoid this business.

Fuel not included. Anchor did not work. Boat only went ~ 15 kmph max. Jose / team was helpful and communicative though.

Amazing rental Jose Manuel is very friendly and helpful. None of us knew how to drive either a car or a boat and he helped us learn very quickly. Sent us to 3 great locations and we had a lot of fun. Definitely recommend.

We rented a really nice boat. It took a little longer to get in, but that was made up for by having an extra hour of use. All in all, a great experience. Definitely recommended for anyone looking to rent a boat!

Meeting point announced after multiple requests as 11 p.m. the evening before the event, slight delay before boat handover, brief explanation of the technology which failed shortly after the first anchoring, the steering could only be put into neutral after many attempts for the restart at sea with boats and rocks around, not pleasant, help via WhatsApp was limited to operating instructions when everything was working, the bad weather in the afternoon forced us to return earlier, sometime 20 minutes after docking the handover took place according to regulations, all in all not pleasant to sail with technical problems on choppy seas off Palma
Jose is a really great guy to rent from! We had a problem with our boat, and he came to help us. He's a nice guy who gives you a warm welcome and explains everything! Highly recommended.

We truly had a perfect day! The boat was as described, and there was plenty of room for four people. The owner was always available. We wanted to rent the boat for a little longer at short notice, and he organized everything. I highly recommend it.

An unbeatable experience! From the first contact, the owner was very attentive and answered all my questions quickly and professionally. Throughout the entire process, he was available and willing to help at any time. On the day of departure, the service was excellent. He gave us a clear and complete explanation of how to operate the boat, making everything very easy. He was also available throughout the day for any questions we might have. He recommended visiting several coves, and they were a great idea: turquoise waters and incredible landscapes that looked like postcards! I would definitely repeat the experience a thousand times. 100% recommended!

Juan is what you would call a "man of honor." He's very nice and relaxed. The evening before the tour, he gave us all the information we needed, as well as three locations of bays and beaches worth seeing. All in all, it was an unforgettable experience. Tip: Bring something to drink and a music box ;)
Fantastic experience! The boat was in excellent condition, clean and well equipped. The handover went smoothly and Jose was very friendly and helpful. The instructions were detailed and easy to understand even for beginners. We had a fantastic day on the water. We'd love to go again!
