Yacht charter in Palma de Mallorca · Aqua — 515 (2025)

I do not recommend renting from this company. I rented a boat in Palma de Mallorca for 4 hours (220€ + 90€ port fee + 300€ deposit). At first everything seemed fine, the boat was working and we followed their suggested route. However, when my boyfriend started feeling very sick, I texted them one hour earlier to return the boat. Even though they could see on GPS that I was coming back, they told me I had to wait because the captain was “having lunch.” In the end, I ended up waiting until almost the original return time, which made no sense at all. The real problem came when I returned the boat. They immediately accused me of hitting rocks and scratching the propeller, just because “the GPS showed I was near rocks.” I was NEVER shown the condition of the propeller before departure, and I am 100% sure I did not hit anything – we were in a place they themselves recommended, with dozens of other boats around. Despite this, they tried to keep my entire 300€ deposit for a scratch I didn’t cause. After arguing, they still unfairly kept 100€. This felt like a clear scam tactic. They do not properly check the boat with customers before departure, and then they blame you afterwards to keep your deposit. Be very careful – or better, avoid renting from them at all.

Good but if your an English tourist expect a €90 tourist tax on top of the price which was not in the description when I booked it or I wouldn’t have done it .

We left absolutely thrilled. Plenty of information, very pleasant communication throughout the entire booking process, including recommendations on where to go — total satisfaction! Thank you very much :)
