Delightful boat trip with Isabella who was super friendly and made a birthday trip for one of the passengers really special.

We hired for 7 people and 2 young kids, 9 in total. Space is not enough not even with 2 kids but was advertised for 9 people. Food was charged 35 euros per person. We were not even offered water and sodas. Nor beer or welcome drink for the adults. Good thing I brought 2 bottles of water for the young ones. We expected more for 35 euros per person. We were offered few slices of cheeses and melon, pasta salad. It's not worth the value. We paid a total of around 1500 euros. Communication is also lacking as location was not confirmed upon down payment. I needed to wait in the morning of the confirmed date to receive exact location. Had I not called for the location, no info was sent. Got me a little worried.

Bad Boat Rental Experience We recently had the misfortune of renting a boat from Jose Antonio. Here are the key issues we encountered: 1. **False Advertising**: The boat we were given was completely different from the one shown on their website. It was smaller, older, and poorly maintained. This bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable and deceitful. The owner was rude and didn't bother to inform us about the boat change. He knew we had no choice but to accept it since we were already at the harbor early in the morning and already made a journey to the Harbour. 2. The plates and cutlery on the boat were filthy. We had to wash everything ourselves before we could even think about eating. Cabins were very dirty as well. It's evident that hygiene is not a priority for this company. 3. The fresh water for showering was boiling hot and couldn't be adjusted. We had no choice but to stay covered in saltwater all day. The only good part: we had a very nice Captain, Sebastian, he saved our trip from a complete disaster.

We had an amazing day sailing around Mallorca with Isabel! She was extremely knowable about sailing and took us to all of the right spots during our trip. She was also so kind, personable, and hospitable. I would definitely recommend this experience when in Mallorca! Isabel, your New York friends love and appreciate you!

Isabella was outstanding as our skipper. We all loved her so much and she made our day so much fun. She was so kind, attentive, and knowledgeable about the areas we explored. Would happily charter with this company again.

Jose and his associates were professional, a joy to work with, super helpful and their boat was clean and worked well. They helped arrange restaurants, local finds and made our first charter experience in Mallorca absolutely exceptional. I would highly recommend them for anyone wanting a memory of a lifetime.
