The boat and the service we have received was below any standards expected. We have not been supplied with boat's documentation, which created problems during the trip at marinas. No practical information in respect of the boat and parking was not provided instead not funny jokes from the staff. We were requested instead to sign an extra documents that we will be passing some channels on our responsibility without explanations that there are low bridges. When passing boat back there were problems with petrol. We were informed that the petrol level sensor is not working but we trusted that tank is full and sign the protocol. We have filled the tank full and presented the bill as requested, however this was not satisfactory for the staff and there was a little quarrel, they offered to us to go to petrol station and fill additional tank and add the petrol to the already full boat tank. Finally they accepted the full tank. To equalize their revenue we were charged for scratch, which was not existed on the right side of the boat, and the toilet for 300 EUR. As we have had insurance, to avoid another quarrel, we have accepted the penalty. We strongly do not recommend valyachting for those who looking for reliable company, as the level of unprofessionality of the service and willingness to extra charge client's for any reason is the way how they are increasing their revenue.
