No working GPS plotter in the cockpit, cushions that don't stay on the sofa, life jackets that are practically impossible to wear, toilets that smell of urine and haven't been cleaned for a long time, insufficient kitchen equipment, rusty and inadequately equipped tool box, colanders that don't could be lifted on for inspection. Generally poor maintenance and too little safety equipment on a fundamentally good boat model.
