S/Y Calypso is a brand new (2022) Sun Odyssey 440 available for bareboat or crewed charters from the port of Volos, in the heart of the Pelion region and within a day's sail of Skiathos and the northern Sporades islands. With reclining cockpit seats, sloping side decks, twin rudders, GPS plotter and navigational devices at the helm, you have everything you need for enjoyable sailing holidays. The yacht has full-batten mainsail and roller genoa, dinghy & outboard, solar panels, swim-platform and ladder, autopilot, cabin & saloon fans, bimini, sprayhood, gangway and is fully equipped with everything you could need. The ship was in good condition. Technically all was working. The boat was well equipped. Only some details were missing, which we told and will be taken into account for next guests. The Sun Odyssey 440 is a confortable boat, but far less ‘practical’ than her predecessors. But this has nothing to do with Francesca and Alexander, who were very friendly. Alexander has given us very nice tips which helped us to enjoy a fantastic holiday. We even had some wind !
