Very nice experience! The staff is friendly, well prepared and kind. Everything worked properly and the boat was very clean and compliant with the description. The check-in was done accurately and some details not working properly were fastly repaired. Recommended!
The boat met our expectations, very clean, and good value for money. The service from Albatros Charter was impeccable; they were always extremely kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the boat had several problems: - The jib didn't unfurl very easily, but we found a way to make it work well. - A valve in the water tank broke during our stay, causing the bilge to flood and causing a lot of worry. Albatros Charter came to our rescue immediately and fixed everything promptly. - The tender engine wasn't working; they came to our rescue again, providing us with a new one. We would have loved to give the Albatros team 5 stars, but unfortunately, the condition in which we received the boat and the problems don't make up for the exceptional customer service they provided. If we have the chance, we will definitely return to Albatros (perhaps on another boat).
Beautiful sailboat very well equipped; the Albatros company is recommended. the teams are welcoming and the handling is well done.
