I recently had the misfortune of dealing with what I can only describe as an appallingly unprofessional and borderline deceitful boat rental company. Initially, the day started off well. We rented a boat from them and enjoyed a beautiful day on the water. The boat ride itself was pleasant, and everything seemed to be going smoothly. However, the experience turned sour the following morning. When we picked up the boat, Ivan, one of the company’s employees, showed us the fuel gauge, which was not full. Assuming this was how it was supposed to be, we thought nothing of it and proceeded with our day. Upon returning the boat, we were met by another employee, who I can only describe as rude and aggressive. He demanded that the fuel tank be returned full, contradicting what Ivan had shown us. What was most infuriating was the manner in which this so-called customer service representative handled the situation. He was unapologetically impolite, trying to strong-arm us into filling up the tank despite our explanations. His behavior was disgraceful and unprofessional, completely destroying the positive mood we had enjoyed throughout our day on the water. It was clear that this was an attempt to squeeze an extra 10 euros out of us, a petty amount that spoke volumes about the company’s priorities and lack of integrity. This wasn’t just about the money; it was about the principle. The aggressive tactics employed by this company to extract extra charges from customers are unacceptable. Such behavior left a sour taste in our mouths and utterly ruined what should have been a seamless and enjoyable experience. I urge anyone considering using this boat rental service to reconsider. Their apparent willingness to deceive customers for a few extra euros is not only infuriating but indicative of a business that prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction and honesty. It’s a shame that what could have been a lovely day ended with such frustration and disappointment.

The ship offers excellent value for money, is relatively comfortable, and is perfectly suitable for a one-day excursion. 😊
