Hello, my review could not be more negative, communication from the workers was terrible and arrogant, the boat was dirty, we lifted the chest covers in front of them and they were full of crumbs, potatoes, etc., none of the information clocks on the control panel worked, we had to tie the awning bar with a rope that they lent us, and the response from this man was that I should have paid more and taken a better boat... anyway, we decided to compromise for the hope that my children had, but once and no more.
Well, it leaves a lot to be desired, it falls apart and doesn't show the fuel level properly. They know this and use the excuse that it's a boat and it moves, but anyway, we recommend that you stay when you get off the boat to see how much gas they put in, it was our mistake. We recommend that they maintain the boat a bit, since it's quite run down and where you keep the bags smells like rotten food.

The staff is very friendly in terms of the boat, super good quality, cool price and they give you the option of taking donuts, skis, etc., everything is included in the price. The only thing that the ship, being a little older, did not have music. For everything else great we had a blast.

A dismal boat rental. Before booking, we are confirmed that the boat is 80 horsepower, that it can accommodate 6 people, that it can tow water skiing, that buoys are available on site as well as a wakeboard and a kit water skiing. Arrived on site, one tells us that there is no reservation for a 6-seater boat, but for a 5-seater boat. In the end, they still give us a boat. We're going to take a buoy and a wakeboard, 2 buoys are available but we can't take them because they are apparently broken, and no wakeboard but a kneeboard with which we couldn't do anything because it was so small and in bad shape state. Luckily we had brought our water ski gear. We go to sea, no reverse, no dashboard that works, the power of the boat is ridiculous for a boat of this size, we put on the water ski, impossible to get out of the water because the boat is so no powerful. Surprised by the low power of the engine we decide to look at what is indicated on the engine, we discover that, hidden under a sticker, it is indicated that the engine is 50 horsepower and not 80 horsepower like what I reserved. Back at the port, we tell them that the engine is a 50 horsepower and not an 80, to which one tells us that the engine has been changed, the other tells us that the engine has been reprogrammed to 80 horsepower, and from there began explanations all as shaky as each other. We explain to them that we weren't able to water ski and they tell us that it's because we were too much on the boat (even though only 3 of us left on the boat on purpose to try water skiing again ), finally they tell us that it is because there were waves. Brief. A bad faith and a condescension that I have rarely seen in an establishment. The person in charge decides in a burst of generosity to offer us the essence, reason for the Star that I give them. On returning I realized that the boat they had given us did not correspond to the boat I booked, but to the boat in the range below 5 places and with only 50 horsepower. Impossible to tow anything with this power. Really disappointing on all counts.

Lara very friendly at all times. Compared with other companies, the boats are less well cared for, but to spend 4 hours and enjoy the day they are fine. Some lack of communication between them. But with them you have the boat reserved for sure and with ALESSMAR, I have been left a couple of times without a boat and without alternatives and with an impressive stupid face. So if I have to rent something in Alcocebre, I'll take it from Laura before Alessmar.
Fabulous attention from Lara and all the staff. The boat worked without a problem. We spent a wonderful day touring the coast of the Sierra de Irta.
