Avoid unless you’re ready for surprises and poor service. While the boat itself was acceptable, the overall service was disappointing and borderline deceptive. • False advertising: The boat we received was not the same one shown in the advertisement. No explanation was given — just a shrug and a “take it or leave it” attitude. • Forced extras & suspicious handling of money: We had clearly requested one set of diving goggles, but were forced to pay for six because, according to them, that’s how it was “entered into their system.” Changing it was “impossible” — yet they had no issue asking for the supplement in cash, since (conveniently) their card machine was “not working.” It felt manipulative and highly suspicious. • Parking scam? The rental included one parking spot, but no directions or map were provided. Nothing indicated where we were supposed to park. Naturally, we just used the main harbor parking and ended up likely paying extra for something that was supposed to be included. When we pointed out these issues, the assistant casually remarked that next year they wouldn’t rent to people without a boating license anymore — apparently implying that these problems were somehow our fault. Funny attitude for someone claiming they’ve “never had problems before.” Overall, the experience felt disorganized, dismissive, and at times exploitative. Not recommended.

Its perfect boat and company
-The owner was very friendly and provided excellent service. -The boat is very small (max. 4 people). It's true that the engine is small because it's self-piloted, but the engine wasn't powerful enough, so we were going very slowly. We booked a similar boat at the Altea Yacht Club. It cost a similar price but took longer, and the boat was faster. -It doesn't have a built-in speaker; it has a small one, and with the engine running, it's quiet. And on top of that, he lent it to us without a battery.
The boat had a maximum capacity of 6 people, and we were 4. I recommend not going to the maximum capacity for comfort reasons. Sebastián's service was very attentive; highly recommended!
My husband and I spent a wonderful day on this magnificent little boat, which doesn't require a license. Marcos was very kind and explained perfectly how to navigate it and where we could and couldn't go. It's a very comfortable boat; we'll definitely be back.

I had a good experience, the guy who rented us the boat was very kind and helpful, the boat was in good condition and clean. It was worth it, it was a lot of fun :)
For the same price there are much better boats, it doesn't have sound, it doesn't have a radio or even music, the driver can't be seated, the engine has no power and on top of that they charge you an extra 20 euros if you go over the rock, which nobody tells you about before you get on. For the same price in Denia you can go wherever you want with much better boats, better explanations and friendlier people. We will not repeat with these people.

We arrived 5 minutes later than bystander appointment was difficult to find a parking space despite the fact that it was indicated that there would be enough space. The best man from the rental company was not at the boat and we had to wait ten minutes. When he was there he went on the boat but quickly got off again because a Spanish family came to help him first. We finally left at 10:35 am. He did indicate that we could return the boat later, which was nice. The boat is offered for 5 people, but this is really too much for this boat. The weight must also be optimally distributed and yes with 5 people on this boat this was difficult. The disadvantage in the area of Altea is that you cannot moor the boat anywhere to eat something on the side. Since we were not prepared for this, we only stopped at 3 pm while we had rented the boat until 1835. The deposit is also not immediately paid back but is transferred. Wait and see if this will work. Finally, we had inquired in advance what the fuel costs would be because these were not included in the rent. For a full day of sailing this would be 18 euros. When we came back after 4.5 hours and therefore not to 8 hours, we had to pay 17 euros at the pump, still no money, of course, but with a full day of sailing you have lost at least 30 euros, still no money, but still. Had a nice day on the water.

The assessment would have been better if it had been explained well where the life jackets were and the bucket to empty the water. We would not have had problems because the tide in the afternoon was with a yellow flag.
It was fine, although the back of the driver's seat was missing and that made it more uncomfortable and we were not told in advance.
They have treated us very well, they explain how to use it easily, and they are at your disposal at all times. I called when I arrived because I was a bit lost and they called me right away and told me everything.

There are differences between what is offered as an inclusive service in the advertisement and the actual inclusive services, and the equipment in the advertisement did not correspond to that of the boat. Snorkeling gear that consists of 4 diving goggles and costs €30 per day is disproportionate. The boat, the landlord etc very nice, helpful and professional.
Never rent with these people, they gave us a bathtub for a boat to put 5 of about 90 kilos each, and from the beginning you are afraid that it could tip over or sink, it took us 5 minutes to see that water was coming in from all sides and that the water outlet was clogged, we called him 4 times and he did not say that there was a bucket, I don't know where we would get water for the 5 hours we rented it, we left nothing as we could and on top of that he overcharges us and annoys us What I go to as long as I get the money, they don't care about the safety of people, in short, a scam and little else, don't bite like we have warned you
