Fairly new boat with a modern design. We were with 3 people and had enough space to sit comfortably, but I can imagine that with more than 3, it would feel crowded. My biggest issues are that: • It says in the advertisement that there is a refrigerator on board. I asked the owner to confirm, which he did, but there was none. For me, that was a dealbreaker, because the main reason we chose this boat was the extra comfort of a small refrigerator. That’s also the reason we paid more money than for the other boats available. If you don’t have the equipment, just be honest. But if you’re going to lie, that’s not what I want as a customer. • When we arrived at the port, there was nobody there. We had a phone number, but nobody was answering. Only after 10 minutes did we finally get a message that somebody was on the way. Also, the person who eventually met us was not friendly at all.
The boat trip was amazing. Alvaro and Nerea instructed us very well. They helped us when we had any questions and were patient, understanding and kind. I recommend booking there.
We missed our original booking but they offered to reschedule at no extra cost the boat was very easy to use and we were given a brief tutorial which was more than enough whole family had a really good time and I would recommend to anyone wanting to book.
Communication with the lady at the harbor was very brief, and a detailed explanation was unfortunately not provided. The boat itself is very nice, but it wasn't clean. You're supposed to take your shoes off when boarding, which is perfectly understandable, but then the lady who gave the briefing also told you not to put her shoes on the seat cushions. Unfortunately, the boat didn't have a refrigerator, even though the ad stated that it did. When returning the boat, we had to wait 30 minutes for the lady at the harbor, despite the fact that we had given her an hour (!) notice before arrival (as she requested). Unfortunately, you don't receive any further response from the owner after booking. A great experience in itself, but you'd be better off choosing a reputable provider :-)
A great plan!
The rental was wonderful, comfortable, simple, and very pleasant. Nerea, a fabulous girl, took excellent care of us. We'll definitely be back!
We booked for a birthday party on July 26th. That same day, they called to inform us they had taken another reservation and that we could only use it for three hours, until 9 p.m. We said no. After 15 days, they still haven't refunded our reservation money, and we have to constantly write to them for information about a refund, with no clear answer. Shameful. We will not book again on this app, much less with this company. Furthermore, if we don't receive a refund, we will take appropriate legal action.
Friendly service, easy access to and from the moorings, a boat with everything you need, and brief, comprehensive explanations on how to navigate the boat.
Communication with Alvaro was quick and concise. The experience was fantastic, we had a great day getting to know the Alicante coast from the sea and it was a lot of fun. Looking forward to repeating it
Great team, boat a little slow but it's still a 15cc.
