Communication all ok until we had reserved and paid … the day of the rental we were told we needed to pay for extras such as waterskis, donut etc when all the communication with the owner previously had talked about a Total Price and I had mentioned the skis several times. In the end they didn’t even have the rope to be able to use the water skis! The girl who welcomed us to the boat was not very welcoming and insisted we were wrong and had to pay extra despite me showing her the messages to the owner about the price. Once on the boat, the automatic anchor on the boat was broken which limited where we could go and “park” the boat in the different spots we wanted to visit. The boat itself was ok, but not particularly clean! Our expectations were higher given we were spending close to 1000 euros including the gasoline!
We had the best day, and Gino our skipper, was absolutely fantastic! Thank you!
