Firstly they picked us up in a Mercedes mini bus which looked great but had no air conditioning in 34 degree heat and rear WINDOWS DIDNT OPEN . two off my party nearly passed out . The boat trip was good , until they tried hard sell photographs the crew member took . No mention of cost and was indicated it was part of the cruise , on arrival, bearing in mind , we paid 2700 euros. Asked or demanded 400 dollars for the memory cartridge , i refused . Then the host went to my grown up children and asked them to pay . They also refused , one of them is a social media influencer , they took there own pictures. Then wanted 300 hundred dollars , then said 200 purely out principle and i will not be bullied i refused . Very hard sell and mis leading . Tried desperately to get alternative transport to the hotel as opposed to van with air con . It was now 40 degrees and dangerous . Could not get taxis to come , boat told us there was other option . We had make the driver, stop every twenty minutes as my party was in distress in the vehicle and quite frankly dangerous . Then the driver demanded a tip , and i refused . Feel let down by click and boat , the crew for trying scam us , and putting my family in danger with unsuitable, vehicles . Thank god my children are adults, small children could off had a major issue . i feel i must share these findings on social media and trip advisor to prevent people having the same experiences as ourselves .
